Motorhome mag has a list every year in the Jan issue I believe. Check their web site. General rule is nearly all stick shifts, and nearly all 4 wheel drives with a neutral in the transfer case are towable. Auto trans are mostly not towable according to their manufacturer. Some exceptions this year are the L series Saturn and Saturn Vue (some transmissions), and a couple of smaller GM sedans (Chevrolet and Pontiac)
Some folks claim to have towed Hondas for years but the factory won't reccommend it. You must see the list to pick out the exceptions. The list is for 2004 models only. If you are interested in an older vehicle, post it here and someone will probably know.
