Needing some advice
I am starting a conversion and have read alot about the types of insulation that are being used.
I have stripped all the inside out and have found the inside of my MCI 8 has already been insulated.
we are removing two windows so we have stripped the aluminum sheeting from the inside of the coach around the two windows so that we can weld in the new support structure and then re-skin
when we removed the batt insulation from around the window i expected to see some rust by what i have read and seen on the internet but it was like the day it was built no rust at all. My question is should i remove all the aluminum sheeting from the inside of the coach and re insulate or should i leave well enough alone considering what i have found. I could then spray the paint type insulation on the inside of the bus and this would give me another insulation and start my conversion. I would appreciate some info has anybody done this and what did they do or what do they think I should do
Thanks in advance Greg
