Always looking for deals I happened on a 8K genset, it runs but does not charge,The man started it for me runs good so I gave him my $500 and off I went, Got home and started a closer inspection and cleaning, oil is from rust holes in pan,tried to locate new one it's $200 man said to fix old one if we could,pulled pan and Jerry Jenkinson sandblasted it for me, now he is brazing the holes, ya gotta love this guy, next we will por15 pan and then off to the repair shop, I was told if if is the circut board it could be up to $900, Will keep you informed of how much my bargin ends up costing. suggestion, ideas and positve comments welcome.
