Hi fellow busnuts. You guys know me as SLO-7 in the chat room. I have a special request for help in or around Macon Georgia. To make a long story short, our 9 month old granddaughter was abducted from California on April 19th by her biological mother, a known meth user.
We felt that she had not left the area, and the police and social services people took one week to even act. They refused to issue an AMBER alert, because it was not a 'stranger' abduction.
We heard lots of stories, about this friend and that, and where they might be. One story was that an aquaintance offered to take in the baby and her mother in Georgia, where she had recently moved to from California. We dismissed this possibility as too far fetched....WE WERE WRONG
Friday a collect call was placed to his mother in CA (where we live)by a one Ron Thom (pronounced T-O-M)from a public phone at 1194 Forsyth Street in Macon Georgia. ( I personally confirmed the phone number and address from the caller ID on the called phone, and by the Bibbs County Sheriffs department) Mr. Thom is/was(?) with the mother Briann Rasmussen.
This aquaintance had been working at the Target Store in Paso Robles, CA. She married a black gentleman 6 months ago, and transferred to a Target Store in Georgia. Her maiden name is Connie Engel, or Engle. The police know her married name but will not disclose it to me.
This Connie Engel, is a "Team Leader" (Supervisor)and works in the jewelry department. She in all likelyhood has no idea that a federal warrant has been issued for the arrest of Briann Rasmussen and a protective warrant issued for the Baby, Persephone Purdue.
Target will not official disclose any information, but there is no stopping a citizen from asking questions.

If any of you busnuts are in the area, please stop in your local Target and ask at the jewelry counter for a "Connie". Be pushy. Time is NOT on my side, and the police are no help. They have the attitude, "We'll get them sooner or later when they screw up".
THIS IS WHERE I NEED YOUR HELP
I need to know where this Connie works, and if my information that she works at the Macon Target is even correct.
I really don't care at this point if querries result in Briann and the baby going on the run, again....She is running out of places to run, and I will NEVER stop chasing.
By tomorrow night, I hope to have the married name of this Connie Engel, then I will be able to confirm which Target she is working at. If I can board an airplane late Monday or early Tuesday, I will be in Georgia by Wednesday AM.
Thanks to anyone who is in that area now and can do the preliminary footwork. Remember, this is no joke, and the baby is in danger!
