what is the torque of bolts on 4104 flywheel?

Per the GMC Diesel Engine maintenance manual number X-5910.
Under table labled bolt,nut and stud torque specifications. Table II
States Flywheel Bolts 9/16-18 are to be torqued
150-160 Ft-lbs.
Note the manual states to install and tighten the six cap screws (bolts)alternately and tighten to the above tourque.
Then it makes note to saftey wire the bolts together.
