Is it 'in gear'? Power to the starter meaning power is through the solenoid to the starter motor and it doesn't spin? Can you hear the solenoid engage?

There is a pin that I think goes into the modulator. If you leave it out the transmission will be locked.

Dan,
By electrical "power to the starter," do you mean the main cable, or the start wire to the solenoid coil? It will take both to start.

Is the rear start/run switch in the run position?

Do you hear any noise when you push the start switch, as in a click from a relay, or a louder clunk as the solenoid engages the starter, but it doesn't turn?

Was the Amphenol plug reconnected after the engine and trans were reinstalled?

Grounds?

Check all of this out please, and if it still won't start, post back.
