Ok worked all day to get the paint off one side of the bus all came off but the green under the dog and the letters, can not get it off Help |

probably zinc chromate wih a hardner....are you going to repaint ?...if so...leave it there |

Feather it down with 400 wet sand.
When dry, use several coats of fill and sand (As many as required). |
