I understand that MCI 5s have an air assist clutch. Does anyone know if it would be convertable to a GM 4104? Does anyone have a used one?

MCIs are a "t-drive" layout, your 04 is a "v-drive, as you know.

With a little yanquiengineering, you could probably adapt the MCI unit to your '04.

IIRC, the unit is the same on the 5s, 7s, 8s, 9s, and A series, so finding one thu one of the bus boneyards should be fairly easy. Caylor Supply in KS, Dean's Coach in NC, Randy Fulkerson, or even Luke should be able to help.

HB Industries in CA has a kit, too.
