Should I just skin over the windows where I am not putting in new windows or remove them also? What material should I use to skin with and what should I fasten it on with. Should I skin the area in the rear before or after I put on the new cap? Thank you for your input. Spanky

I put Galv. metal over mine. We just added supports in the middle and used rivets.Be sure the metal is hot so it doesn't buckle later .

Did the skins on my 5A I pulled out the center windows and welded in supports.I did this all my self but would recomend getting a friend to help. Also used heavy duty alluminiom pull through rivets. You need a 1/4 " air pop gun for that.Chose the pop rivets after a viset to the local bus company and asked them about bucking the rivets said they havent did that in years and showed me several comercial bus's mostly mc9s they had done and said the pops hold up very well.Like the other fellow said make sure it is hot and watch out for the slight curve at the top of the bus window line. I used a long 2by4 to smack it down this made the 22 gage paintable galvanized lay down much flatter for drilling.Hope this helped.
