Which brand and model awning will fit my MC-9 best? I don't mind paying for a good awning, but might not be able to afford the very best. Any suggestions?

Most any one of them if you are willing to take out the center clearance light and patch the resulting hole. This way the awning can go along the straight side of the bus and be mounted just over the window. If you want to go above the light, then Zip-Dee is the way to go because they can curve the struts.

I don't think the DOT or the local inspection station is even going to notice that a light is mising from the side. If they do, you can mount it on or above the bay door. That will qualify under FMVSS rules.

This place has some good prices...

I bought a couple of awning rails from them to use with the "living hinge" on my old pop-up. Thought the service was good and fast.
