All -

In the spirit of the holidays, take three minutes out of your busy day to listen to this light-hearted seasonal melody.

And while you're at it, you might want to pay attention to the musician. . .

Enjoy!

Wow.

Imagine what he could do with a twin stick Mack!

With a cup of coffee, a smoke on the go, the CB radio mike, on a bumpy off camber road, with a touchy clutch.

Wouldn't miss a thing or spill a drop.

10-4

happy coaching!

Another Amazing talent/skill replaced by electronics. I have a hard time with so called musicians that use processors to imitate what we saw and heard here. If the London Symphony Orchestra ever decide to downsize and economize replacing their MUSICIANS with a synthesizer player led by a Conductor then I want off this rock. Thanks RJ.

The link to Cameron's version of Sleigh Ride was originally forwarded to me by a fellow musician with whom I used to play with in our church orchestra.

Since we have both played this Leroy Anderson composition, we're both very much aware of just how "busy" the music is, with several different counterpoints to the main melody all going on at the same time.

That's the reason why we were both so impressed with Cameron's ability to play this on the organ. As an example, starting at about the :10 mark, he plays the main melody line with his right foot! Most keyboardists play it with their right hand, let alone trying to figure out how to use the sustain pedals.

Cameron's a very talented musician - he can even have fun with "Jingle Bells" on two toy Casio keyboards:

Merry Christmas everyone!
