First I want to let everyone know that Paula and I are OK. We lost part of the barn and house roofs and all of the shop roof. We have water damage in our house and shop. We are without power and phone and it looks like about 3 weeks before we have power or phone. Our cell phone are very intermittant at best. I will only have email access every 3rd day when I am on duty. Fortunately, our bus was not damaged and we are living in it.
Horizon Coach suffered major dammage with part of their building completely destroyed. Ray & Sally Nukula, who are members of SE Cruisers, and help us with our Bussin' rallies have significant damage to their house and shop. Their garage is destroyed.Thre property is covered with down pine trees.
I want to thank everyone for the phone calls that were able to get through, the emails and thoughts and prayers. Although we suffered significant damage, compared to many others in Arcadia, we are very fortunate.
I will try to post some photos on our web site today. If I am able to get the photos on the site, I will put a message on the BB.

Jack I am glad to here that you and Paula were not hurt.I know you have had a lot of damage to your property and wish that we were closer to you so we could help you. We have never had any damage to our property and can not realize what the two of you have gone through. I just want you to know that you are in our prayers as is all of the other people that have lost their property. I wish we could do more.

Hi Jack and Paula,

I want you to know how much I appreciate your time on phone and works when I am not there to help during these traumas of happenings.

Praise the Lord for keeping your wife safe until you got home.

I know you both was thinking how much longer to wait until you got home safety. WOW!

Thank you for sharing your testimony.

Thank you.

Paula and I want to thank everyone for the overwhelming support we have received in the form of phone calls, emails and messages posted on the BBs. We have had everything from keeping us in their prayers to offers of no interest loans and coming from as far away as Nova Scotia to physically help rebuild our place. Bus converters are truly a brotherhood. I will be leaving the Fire Station in about 1 hour and will not be back online until Friday AM when I report back on duty.
