Hi Folks, Buswarrior will be arriving early this afternoon on site at the Turner Agri Center in Arcadia Florida! Just got a phone call from him and he's around the Orlando area having a good drive under warm sunny skies. Way better than the 4 inches of snow that fell here in the Toronto area last night! BW will be meeting up with an I.T. guy from Desoto County who will assist in providing internet access where we'll connect our secure wifi setup, probably over at the arena. Well, onsite at 3:00pm. A few minutes shy of 22 hours on the road, longer including the sleping. By the prence of this note... WE ARE HOOKED UP! There is more prettying up to do, of the hardware, not me... So, put the BNO Arcadia channel up on the your computer, turn up the speakers and cary on with your chores. well, here I am... had a lovely chat with the local Sheriff, as you may know, the Arcadia police are and have been huge supporters of this rally. The temps have dipped below 40 farenheit as I type this. All is quiet, the busnuts have gone to bed long ago. back tomorrow with some more technical challenges to get the wifi to blast into the party building. happy coaching! buswarrior | ||

Another day has finished here in Arcadia. despite some blank video screens during the day, we have regained reliable functioning, and look forward to another great day of video streaming. Lots of seminars on Friday, so there should be video of substance throughout the day. well, Ian arrived this evening in time for dinner. The day was blue sky from sun up to sun down, and this Canadian decided that the day was perfect. The locals may have thought it somewhat cool, but I had shorts and sports shirt on and loved it! The video performed better from my end, but you folks are the final word on that... Had a good visit with Fast Fred, his re-power and rescue of this Flx VL100 is terrific to see in progress. More of us need to seek out what old coaches are left and pour our efforts and resources into them, after all, there's lots of those other coaches on the road. Great entertainment tonight, and a good time was had by all. I best get some sleep, the Bossnut will come banging on the door for the computer/camera long before I'd really like to get out of bed. I found out real fast that you don't eat a whopping helping of chocolate ice cream and then meet up with bus warrior for a cold Canadian molson! Big trouble, not to mention painful cramps but all is good now! | ||

well, there's been a change in the year, here in Arcadia. Perhaps where you are too? A fine group of volunteers led by Brenda and Bill have done a great job! Camera work was a community effort this evening, as it has been for all the large group gatherings in the building. There were a number of folks aiming the camera at interesting goings on, they know who they are, and we all say thanks! campfire out there in the 24/7 generator area was a pleasant wind down. Thanks Dick/Mike and friends. Harold Green, everyone looking for you, nobody knows where you were.
