Can anyone suggest a motor club that has emergency roadside service for bus conversions.

I have Allstate RV road help (I am also an agent) it is unlimited towing but you have to call for a PO or to get direct sign and drive service. The PO's are good for $100 so call if you need more. Have whoever you talk to verify in writing your converted bus is covered. I have a fiberglass 40' pusher and have used mine with the only quirk I had to get reimbursed (weekends)instead of sign and drive.

FMCA's program is great. Covers ALL your vehicles and never an out of pocket expense. I have used it twice- Had the bus towed to Des Moines and had my travel trailer repaired in the UP of MI. Sign and drive. FWIW

Have you tried AAA? Since they are nationwide, It seems to me that they may get there sooner. There is a policy Called AAA RV/plus. We have it but I have not had to use them yet. (Knocking on wood) I've seen large Kenworth industrial wrecker here locally with the AAA logo on it.There I know there is someone out there with our needs as Bus Converters & Motorhome owners.

I have AAA Plus and RV. My engine let go, on the Arizona/Utah border. AAA didn't have a certified tow company in the area with a wrecker big enough to tow my 4106. I had to make my own arrangements, and submit the tow bill to AAA when I got home. When you do it that way, AAA only pays $200 per incident. The tow bill was $350. On the flipside, I only paid $20 to add RV on my card.

I have camping world Road service. They have picked up my bus 3 times and have been great!
Just call them and they send somebody right out - no charge no hassle. and they also pay in Mexico and [I think] Canada. $79 per year for all you vehicles. Neil

I have FMCA CoachNet, which on my only use, sucked. I waited 6 hrs.(and 4 phone calls to them) for a spare tire change. Tire Service contractor was only 12 miles away (Les Schwab). I will be changing. I'm considering the previous FMCA endorsed service, which I have heard good reports on. Have heard of several dis-satisfied reports from AAA,Allstate,StateFarm; not really geared to buses and large diesel-pusher types (dispatch some guy in a toyota p/u w/ an 8-ton bottle jack to change the inside rear dual on a Prevo.)

I had FMCA, switched back to Good Sam.

Poor service, poor communication. I found a service place faster than they did.

There is a trick I learned from teh tow drivers, to make sure they show with the right equipment.

ALWAYS tell them its a Greyhound Bus. Nothign else ever works reliably.
