If you receive an e-mail from anyone, even a trusted friend, with the following verbage in the body of the message:
Hola como estas ?
Nos vemos pronto, gracias.
- OR -
Hi! How are you?
See you later. Thanks
Don't open any attachments to that e-mail. It is a virus/worm!!!

Repeating a friendly reminder, having the latest antivirus software and current virus definitions loaded onto your computer while surfing is a must!

Also beware of the line in any e-mail reading:
'I send you this file in order to have your advice.'
This is also used by the sircam virus.
On a side note:
Funny thing is I got two unexpected files to one of my e-mail boxes this morning, neither of which fit the above profile. Normally, I never get sent attachments. But today there was a small DOS program attached and also an executable file attached to another e-mail. Of course they were deleted immediately. Just be on guard at all times.
