Have a 77 MCI 8, 8V71, what elect. fuel pump do you recommend and where do I get it for priming?

I just went down to the local auto parts a bought a elec pump, it is a universal and it works just fine for me

My approach for my DD is KISS.
Easy manual approach.
Buy a ten dollar pump up sprayer at Home Depot.
Use it for soap, degreaser or bugs or whatever.

When in need for priming, use it. make easy adapter to filter & away you go! I just use the pump hose & connect w/o hose clamp. Okay if you don't build up the pressure much. You just need to move the fuel thru, not pressurize it much.
Test it out ahead of time so you are familiar.
Doesn't get any simpler than that! Joe
