I have a '76 4905 and a manual printed in '75. The problem is that GM must have made a major change in the design of the air brake system because there are WAY more relay, inversion & check valves in the system on my bus than what my book shows. I think the change was to allow the parking/emergency brakes to be supplied from another air source in case one failed. Does anyone have a '76 or later manual who'd be willing to scan & e-mail OR photocopy for me the air brake section? The one I need would show the park brake activated by an R-6 relay valve like the service brake. Jim-Bob |
