Full roof spray of Rhino lining down to the drip rail. $1400.00 What are the pros and cons and is this a good price? Thanks John |

Why would you want to put Rhino Lining on the roof??? Inside the baggage bins, a/c compartment, battery compartment, etc, yes, roof???? Curious. . . RJ PD4106-2784 Fresno CA BTW, my pick-up has a competitor's product (Line-X), cost $375 to do the bed when it was new in April of 2000. |

Would attract and hold a lot of dirt. Hard to wash I painted my whole bus with a 2 part urethane paint for a third of that price. Ron |

I don't know about Rhino but I do know Linx can be sprayed smooth, then just paint it a light color. The price doesn't sound that bad for the size area you are talking. Rich |

Yeah, but the grip surface would be great if you ever wanted to ride your bus like a giant surfboard. Gary |

I used a "Rino liner" type urethane product in my wheel wells. Works great. Used Sta-Kool on the roof. I'm happy with that as well for about 20% the cost of the urethane. |

Adame, What did you have to do so the Sta-Kool would grip? |

Nothing special. I washed the roof, rinsed it and painted it, after it dried of course. It's a no-brainer. Some don't like the textured look. I happen to like it. Some say it causes chalky stains to appear on the lower sections. I haven't seen that on my bus. I like it because it seals the seams completly and it reflects away a lot of heat. Yes, you have to wash it when it gets dirty or it doesn't reflect the heat away as well as when it's clean, but it still seals, clean or not. |
