Just put new oil in the diff and I used 80-90. Isn't this what they used when these 40 to 50 year old buses were new. I was reading a message on the board and someone was asking how much 140 weight their diff. held. Thanks Ron 4104

Ron, the 4106 manual says 140 wt. I don't know if multiweights were available at the time when this spec was written, so I don't know if the multiweight is okay.

Ours seems to like the 140; it was noisy and getting noisier on the 90 wt. when I brought it home, so I had it replaced.

For what it's worth.
