I just received a quote from Prevost, after taking my nitroglycerin tablet, i think i will live, I like the newer windows along the side in Prevost, it doesn't look like a Prevost without the curved windows, the problem being i wanted double pane, for the obivious reasons, does anyone know of a aftermarket company that produces the double pane curved windows, please, i'm still trying to pay for my sons college at the same time...as building my bus. |

NOt sure what model you have. For my 1995 H3, Prevost wanted $1700 a window for double pane. They have a slight curve in them, its what makes them so pricey. I had pennisula make some dual pane, sliders on the bottom, solid on the top, each at a slight angle to make up for the curve. We used the prevost frames. I was concerned that the angle would not look right as I too liked the curve, but I think it looks better than before and I am very pleased with the look. Each set of two windows were $650. $350 to install all 8 - and they didn't charge me extra because I helped. I can send you pictures of mine if you like. email me at jim.stewart at cox.net you know what to do with the @ |

How about using a curved exterior window and a flat interior window? Think of it as being an interior storm window. The interior window would need to be removable so you can clean between the two windows. Just thinking . . . |
