We have a 1980 MC9 and we are installing a generator we purchased from Wrico. It will be located in the first bay on the driver's side. We also purchased two fans from Wrico -- one to cool radiator and the other to cool the generator. We are not sure where we want to locate the cooling fans. One location could be in the old air conditioning compartment inside of the 1st cargo bay where the radiators use to be located. The other possible location being the old air conditioning compressor bay located below the driver seat with access to the outside via the screened doorway. There may even be more locations we have not thought of due to lack of experience.

Any thoughts or idea??

We appreciate any thoughts or idea!! And, thanks for taking the time!

Why not ask the man you bought it from? Dick Wright has probably forgotten more about gensets than anyone of us here have ever known. Don't mean to sound nasty, but I would rather trust Dick than anyone on the board that I have heard talk about these problems.

I agree with Richard.

Dick Wright will do anything to help you get it right.
