Greetings:

I am considering selling my Eagle. Does anyone have a "close idea" as to how many buses have sold off of this site in the last six months? I have seen the same buses for quite some time.

I think I@N gets 50.00 to put your bus ad on here...& it stays on till it sells...there are some nice buses on there..wish I had more money...the common mistake most people make ,is they buy the bus that's right around the corner....just because it's convienient...If I made a mistake on the price or the policys..sorry I@N

This web site should give you the best exposure, since it's designed
for the "bus nut". Priced right and with enough detailed pictures
included with your ad, you should find a buyer within reasonable
time.

Buses you see listed for months and months, might be either
overpriced, or not designed in a manner that suits the average
converted bus buyer. The fact that a bus hasn't been sold is
not necessarily the fault of the web site. Ebay lists bus
conversions, but many offers have not met the minimum....
and the buses have not sold. I don't think any web site is
quite as popular as Ebay... If they can't sell it there, whose
fault is it?

On the other hand... some buyers would prefer to buy directly
from you, rather than try to outbid some fool. And that's where
this site might be a better choice to sell at.

Personally, I would spend the $50 and post as many pictures
and text describing the conversion as possible. Use your own
"home page" with the same mock-up as a link from here and
a link back from your home page. Once Google's search engine
robot locates all your text both here and your home page, you
should receive as many hits as you would have on Ebay. But
rather than hits from curious sightseers, you'll have prospective
buyers... Visitors of this site have one interest: Owning a
converted bus. What better place to advertise?

Dear BN's:

Thanks for the two cents.
