My wife and I just spent 2 weeks at Easterlin Park, it is in Ft. Lauderdale on the west side of town, near the exprssway. Although there is a little noise from the Xpresway, we found it to be very nice, clean, neat, and very beautifull grounds. Numerous large sites, and what I would call cheap at $30.00 per night during the month of January. We reserved the site for 4 weeks next year. Call at least 6 months ahead from what I understand for long term reservations. It was closed for almost 2 years because FEMA took it over and placed trailers throughout for disaster placements. It opened back up in Dec.2006 |

I have stayed there a few times. I like the way you seem to go back 100 years into the wilderness when you got back in there. Richard |

Stayed at park in March 2008. price about $35 reservations recomended in winter season. Very nice park but freight / passenger tracks nearby. VERY good location to a lot of Fort Lauderdale places. Think all RV spots now have FULL hookups and I think even 50amps. Was full of FEMA trailers in 2007 but then back to "normal" |
