I have a pair of large mirrors off of an Eagle. They were a perfect fit for the curve of the front of my 4104. I wish they were power and I have been thinking about using the power mechanism from an automotive mirror and gluing it into the head caseing of the Eagle mirror. Has anyone tried this before? Nelson, Knoxville TN. PS. accidently posted this on the flea-market first. |

Sounds good on paper...I believe you'll find it's going to be a heck of a job. Hope you can do it...but Brian |

I think any of the automotive components will not be sufficient for a full sized bus mirror. Just ain't enough beef. However, it might work if you split and did the lower 1/2 or 1/3d, while doing so, consider converting to a wide angle Getting the top supported will be a challenge. |
