IF your leaving SW Florida (the Ft Meyers area) and gong all the way to the Left coast, would you take a Eutetic plate out to Mr. Bourget? Its about 60 lbs and 2inches thick with exterior dimensions of about 14 X 24. Anyone? FAST FRED |

Hmmm, I hear FedEx and UPS both make that run every day. Yes but 60 or 75 lbs is pricy to ship as it needs to be oacked in a strong enough box to be flung against a wall or thrown on the belt to get out of the aircraft. A pretty expensive way to experiment with a holding cold plate in a reefer , rather than making electric , storing electric , converting electric and then running a ineficent electric motor for long periods of time. I have often hauled "stuff" for folks , and though others may also have the courtesy. FAST FRED |

FF: You're thinking is correct. Consider that some people in this World put a price on everything they do and I suspect that J is one of them. |

If you can get the plate to San Diego, I can take it the 500 miles north in the next several months. I also have someone's chair I'm taking north, so whats one more thing. Not sure at this point exactly when I'm leaving, but I'm happy to help. |

And when Jim delivers it goes "true express". Marc will have to be alongside the road w/a big net to catch it as Jim goes by. |

I do cruise fast and long when I'm by myself, but I always stop for friends. Actually it would be nice to see Marc's project and talk with him. |
