Where can I buy one?
What kind should I get?
How much are they?
Dose anybody have any used ones?
Are they thermostaticly controled?
Has anybody ever used a 110 volt water heater element?

Be sure to get one big enough to handle the amount of coolant in the big diesel. I have one that the element is inside the front right side of the block. Has been running all winter here in the northeast, sometime at -15 or better. Bus cranks right up every time. However, they do use a bit $$$ to run 24/7.

Hi Socks
I just bought a zerostart from Luke at US Coach, 1-856-767-4848. Came with all the componets, detailed instructions(with pictures!!!) for $75, including shipping to southwest Missouri. You could check the web site that Jerry provided to see if they will sell direct but Luke was easy to deal with. All I did was tell him the engine I had, he knew the part and shipped the sameday, real service!!! Good Luck
