I am looking for a pair of hub-pilot European-size steel wheels in 9.0"x22.5" size, preferably somewhere close to the SF bay area. Take-offs are fine, and new ones will suffice as well.

Any and all recommendations are welcome.

For those who have been following my saga of attempting to fit aluminum wheels to my Neoplan coach, I have the problem 98% solved, and most of the parts are on order. However, in the process of changing out the outer six wheels, I decided to upgrade to 9" wide rims from the 8.25" rims I have now.

In order to have fully matching rims on the drive axle (to minimize excess wear caused by variations in tire diameter), I now also need to upgrade the inner, steel wheels to 9" items.

I have an Accuride part number, but all the dealers I've talked to quote a minimum 120 day lead time on new items from Accuride. I'd really like to have wheels by early next week.

These are European-style wheels, which means they have a large 281mm hub bore and a 335mm bolt circle. They are 22.5" diameter and are hub-piloted.

In addition to German-built Neoplans, all Van Hools take this type of wheel, and there may be some European-built trucks that use it as well.

I'm in the process of calling around to some Van Hool operators, but if anyone knows where I can find a couple of these, please let me know.
