I posted some new photos of our progress on the Eagle here: http://members6.clubphoto.com/tim393476/guest-1.phtml Please scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on page two, then look for 2005 in the album title. If you have time please sign my guestbook. My idea is that when building a closet for storage....I installed pull out shelves with removeable plastic totes rather than wooden drawers. The tote enable an easier method of loading and unloading for different destinations. hth, Tq |

Hey, Tim, I like the idea and execution. They're portable, plus you can see what's in them. Cool. How 'bout that Eagle of yours! Wow, what a sweet ride you're creating there. You've been a very busy man. Looks awesome. Where 'bouts in CO do you live? Brian Brown Longmont, CO PD4106-1175 |

Good thing I don't get jealous. Your shop, your craftsmanship... aaah, we can dream! What a treat, Tq. Heck those cabinets are too purty to put doors on them! Thanks for the albums. |

What a great solution to the constant loading and unloading of drawers. I'm going to see if I can incorporate something similar in the bedroom closet. If you wanted to line them with cedar, you can use thin planks of cedar and line the bootom of the storage container. |

When i was doing a search before i bought my bus maybe a year or two ago, i came across Tims site, i have to agree with TwoDogs, that bus is awesome, Between Gumpy and Tim i've learned more from those pictures and articles enough so to encourage me to try my own. Even now as i work daily on my conversion i still take time to browse those two sites, plus many from here that have them also, that old saying, a picture is worth a thousand words has come so true for me, I only now realize how much time they devote to those sites, I have literally looked at thousands of conversion photos, since i started this quest, without sites like that i'm not sure i would have ever attempted this. I have to say again thanks for taking the time, Tim and Gumpy, and all the others who contributed with their sites! ...........Pat |

WOW ! Thanks for the kind words ! Mr. Muddog (Pat), Your words mean so much more to me than you could possibly ever know. I too, searched the web and discovered personal conversion sites that inspired me to do this conversion thing, much like you. I take the time to build my web blog for the benefit of those that will follow me, and in honor of those that have gone before. That is to say that I am trying to give back to the community that helped me decide to build this coach by trying to help others who might build one after me. Your kind words make me feel like I helped to make a difference. Thank you. |
