I believe you must have an HTB-748, which is an ATEC unit. The operator's manual is available on-line in PDF format from the Allison web site.
The wiring diagram is not in the operator's manual. For that, you will need the appropriate Allison maintenance manual, which is a notebook about two inches thick. Any Allison dealer will have the part number.
That being said, I do have some of the ATEC signal wire numbers and their functions written down, if you know what you are looking for. (I also have an HTB-748.)
