I have a triple slide on my coach today I went to put them in and the first one went in fine then the second one went in fine and then I started to put in the third and it went in almost the whole way and then it stoped hanging out about two inches. so then I tryed to put the other two slides back out and they will not move either so now none are working. when I push the button to move them in or out i have nothing. I checked my hydralic fluid and it full and I can here the motor running when I push the buttons. so im stuck any info would be appreciated.

Motor is running but is it turning the pump. I don't know how it is set up, but is there a coupl or what type of device from the motor to the pump or is it a direct setup. Is it even trying to move at all. If not I would ck the above. Just a thought.

Not knowing your coach makes this difficult at best. However, some coaches require that the leveling jacks, if u have them, be deployed before the slides will go out. That does not explain why the one hung up coming in, but it may explain why the other two won't go back out. The systems are interlocked with a relay. As Bill says, it may be a pump coupling. It may also have a diverter valve (for selection of which slide purposes) if it uses a common hydraulic source.

I once had a problem like that with a slide. What had happened is that a piece of plywood that I had along the slideout contacted the button that shuts off the power when slide is all the way in. Yours may not be that simple but it did take me some time to find it. I would locate the shutoff sensor and see if it could be stuck. Perhaps something got between the coach and the shutoff sensor

I will assume you have a Barnes hydraulic Power Pak,(as used by HTW) and therefore I suspect that the solenoid valve that feeds the spool is not opening. If it has a fuse in line (not likely) check it first. With the pump shut off apply 12 VDC to the solenoid valve and listen/feel for the click. No click? Replace the valve. ...JJ

Coggin Just a thought, You should have hand crank to override the slide out. Find the crank an close the unit by hand. Mike4905
