I am installing A DD fuel pro filter on my 8V71 and removing the the birds nest of cannister filters and hoses.
Can someone tell me the output pressure of the fuel pump? So that I can Install the rated pressure flexible new hoses.. TA

Just to clarify . These are the 2 short lines that supply the fuel from the pump to each head.

use what the mfgr used.... a single wire braid, cloth covered hose.... (stratoflex) is a trade name.. has a whole variety of re-usable fittings.... even tho you'll have 30-50psi more or less, you'll need the durability of that type of hose...

I installed a mechanical pressure gauge on the output of our fuel pump (8V71). At near govenor speeds we carry about 70 PSI. Hope this helps, Jack
