I miss the old board. I haven't met Ian in a long time so I hope he is doing okay. Ewen is still alive but quite. It sure would be nice to go to lunch with them again.

Hey Clifford, Yep most have either got out or FB and X took over, If ya like politics. Come here every so often to see if any have returned but not many. I see Buck Trout is having aanother rally at Ghost town. Don (Windtrader is going), List look about the same with a few new ones.

It is a shame that this board doesn't get many posts anymore. Back in 90's and early 2000's we had engineers here that could cover anything on a bus with facts not BS ,I miss that and some of engagements like Fast Fred and Ace too,I miss Dallas lol he could tell people to go to hell and give some the directions and they never knew it. This was truly a great board for years ,I come and check here from time to time hoping it comes back to life

My recent post about a GM 4905 bay door problem was cured By Bill Gerrie, a Canadian member. His response led me to the proper section and page in a GM manual that I already had on hand, but had overlooked. BUT... The offer still stands to buy/rent a torsion bar tool. It ain't gonna' be easy to fabricate one and I'm inherently lazy nowadays with limited tooling. THANKS BILL!
