A small shaft poking out, brownish in color maybe silver and looks like they are laying down. Will have an air hose connected to the rear of them.  Just move the shaft out until the engine stops.

Also should have a fuel shutoff by the filters.

From the rear, look on the top center of the engine.

Manually pull the lever that the shut-off air cylinder would have. There are only two of these air cylinders on the top center, one is for fast idle, one for shut off. You have a 50% chance of being right. Use a hooked tool to grab it in case the air cylinder fires off and stabs your finger.

John Vickers once owned the 4905A that I've enjoyed for so long. He saw my entry into the BNO fold from a post  (question?) that I posted lo these many years ago.  He sent copies of pics (b&w) of my bus when it was new to Oklahoma Transportation in front of the train station in Abilene, Kansas. Besides the few pics, I also have several letters from him helping with various and sundry items. A Gentleman and a scholar...he will be sorely missed. J J
