We stayed here a couple of days over spring break. They have about 40 sites and one edge of the park overlooks the Frio river. The park was clean, had electric and sewer, and the staff was very friendly. We were greeted at 8:45 PM by one of the host and he helped me back into my site. It's not a resort, but it is clean and across the river from Garner State Park.
