Contact Linda #612-968-0226 (leave message)/Text/ or email: BusBiz1313@gmail.com
*The BUYER of RV will have 1ST CHOICE of ALL PARTS & EQUIP. we have for the Bus: AFTER bus is sold if anything is left it'll be available at that time PLEASE NO CALLS FOR INDIVIDUAL PARTS.
Let me also state this is not a “fancy to the eye” conversion it’s more utilitarian we’d describe but what was converted was done in a quality way & even though this coach has the wear & tear of miles & miles on it we took care to do preventative maintenance to avoid problems(& have all work orders service records going back to 1986) so may not be as pretty but certainly functional & READY to USE as RV its fully converted we lived in it between our previous move for approx. a month or so. When last winterized all systems worked I’m not going to add water until there is a serious interested buyer so I haven’t fired up the water pump or hot water heater but I don’t expect any issues & I will ck. should someone serious be interested.
We have not done anything to the exterior the paint was done by the band that purchased it but it will need body work as is common with these busses the areas around D-windows etc… need fixing before painting & there are some rain leakage around front cap skylight. Good news we have ALL the parts needed for the coach. Literally we have good used Front Cap, d-window frames, most all body panels-doors, replacement glass some new some used including new windshields etc… I also have literally tons of parts for other components such as brakes, complete front axle, suspension, electrical, body channels-rubber etc… I have a spare 8v71new style standard block should our engine ever fail & we need a good core/I have spare transmissions for parts, I have brand new clutch plates, I can’t even begin to list every item here I've included some rough pictures of parts as example,  we wish to sell the bus & ALL PARTS including a engine stand/trans. stand & a VERY heavy duty cherry picker capable of lifting an engine block basically anything we have for the bus can go with it. including numerous manuals for 4104/4106/4107/4108/4903/4905 these are maintenance  & parts manuals & electrical diagrams. We were in the charter business running these busses for 30yrs. One collects many items over that time frame!
I have run AC & generator/inverter etc… to make sure that’s all okay.  It will need added house batteries as I only installed 2-6v deep cycles-new on 8-16-21 so I could test everything(normally there are 8 ). The coach starting batteries were new 5-20-2020. Generator battery is new AGM 12v on 8-16-21. Tires are good tread but are aged over 10yrs so need replacement.
This bus was a greyhound then when retired went to Minot, ND for many yrs. Then our company (Robinson Coach Inc.) bought it in 2/1986 we ran charters with it till 3/1993 put 204897miles on it then sold it to a band(3/1993) we‘d recently installed a good used(stand tested) engine.
We ended up with it back for non-payment. At that point my hubby & I decided to buy it from our company(1994) & have it converted. 2 retired men that had built a few bus rv’s (Jim Conroy RIP :-( & Lloyd Hanson) & owned their own converted busses also 1 of which was a retired MASTER ELECTRICIAN did the conversion for us it was near $40,000.00 to convert including purchase of bus. It was finished between 1997-1998approx. We have all maintenance records going back to 1986 & Minots records prior to our ownership of mileage etc..
I can provide any photos details that I may have not included just ask.
Sadly we only put approx. 20,000 miles on it since our conversion to much work not enough play.
Items we added or upgraded:
*Air Throttle installed/*Backup Lights & Alarm(when you want them)/*Bay Heaters/*Lights & plug ins & hot-cold water faucets in Lower bays/*installed pvc tube from rear to front in case wires have to be run from front to rear/*Left access available to starter/upper manifold-head etc../*added on engine vent tube tank to prevent oil drips/*Stainless Steel framed tailgate/*Installed Spin On Oil Filter/*Installed Shepherd Strg. Gear/*Wabasto for cold start & heat for RV(left original heating for when running down road)/*2-Roof Air/*10K Diesel Generator/*2-20#? propane tanks for hot water & stove top/*Fantastic fan at rear/*added a roof vent at front/*full sized house refrigerator(albeit installed good used)/upgraded in floor thermostat to honeywell for adjusting coach interior heat/
*NOTE: only stove top works the oven does not. Currently no microwave in bus but could be provided/*Fresh water tank 180gallons approx./
* Since we ran GM’s commercially for 30+yrs. & know the likely “common” breakdowns, before bay tunnels were inaccessible from conversion we added fittings in front bay tunnel on the fuel lines & ran new aeroquip lines from front bay to rear engine compartment for the future should the original steel fuel lines fail (which is very common) this way should it happen we just hook them up they’re all set to go.  We also made a point of keeping access to items that are important for maintenance.
We did everything we could to be sure we wouldn’t have mechanical breakdowns. This bus shifts great, & engine runs great. It is a old coach so its not perfect & someone can still customize interior as we didn’t finish front half because we wanted it open. In Fact the new plywood flooring we covered entirely with plastic & put down rubber interlocking floor mats because I didn’t want 1 drop of anything to get spilled onto the new flooring & we had dogs & wanted to completely protect the floor from dirt & water.
