My neighbor in the campground decided to do a bit of remodeling to his 30' fifth wheel and promptly ran a circular saw 7 Inches down the side of his H20 tank, then stripped out a 1/2" fitting boss on the other end. He gave me the old tank when the new one arrived then put the whole rig up for sale!
So...I need a source for repair materials for the slash (rods to weld with) and a new pipe boss to spin in to the old hole. I've welded them before, but I need "stuff" to fix it. Nothing locally. The local RV repair parts place is in an old, converted, 2 bedroom house!
