Russ - Table 80 on page 115 shows Mobile Delvac 1240 and Shell Rotella 40 but missing Chevron Delo 100 although it shows something called Ursa Extra Duty SAE40. The ash limit shows as 1% and  CF-2.

To help you get "the right stuff" for your engine, here are some part numbers to help your ordering here in the USA:

Mobil Delvac 1240
719224968257 = UPC Code
#104056 = 4x1 gallon case
#102565 = 5 gallon pail

Detroit Diesel PowerGuard (From any Detroit Diesel dealer) (Private Labeled Mobil Delvac 1240)
#23512701 = 4x1 gallon case
#23512754 = 5 gallon pail
#23512702 = 55 gallon drum

Chevron Delo 100
#23968391454 = UPC Code
#100-40-1 = Gallon size at O'Reilly's (must also enter "CHV" in the vendor box.)

Shell Rotella T1


(If any of you can supply me with a manufacturer's part number and/or UPC code for 1 gallon jug/case, 5 gallon pail or 55 gallon drum, PLEASE send it to me via private message and I'll update this post with the information. TIA)

Ursa was a Texaco brand from years back fwiw could be Chevron/Texaco is doing a repackaging deal,a Shell distributor told me Shell is dropping the CF/2 oil in 2020

There will always be some type oil out there that will work,the ash people worry theirs heads off about is gone already in the 15/40 oil

i found  delo 100 40 weight oil in the phoenix area after 20 or so calls... im sure there are other compatible oils but its ran on that oil all along so i kept it the same. west marine had the 5 gallon pails for 95.00 dolla. thanks Jeff

Check the additives in the oil if meets the Detroit specs in your manual go for it ,if not pass on it

I dont have a 2 stroke so im not super up on the specs required by detroit, but I came across brad penn oils many years ago when i was researching racing motorcycles and they are highly rated in the performance engine category. They have straight weight oils that are high in ZDDP, i'm not sure if this is a total match for Detroit Diesels but thought to pass it on to let others look into it, as i'm not sure many people have heard of them.

Travellers says 4 stroke in the specs sheet.
But the Phillips and Coastal both say for 2 strokes and meets all CF requirements.

Here is what I use, so far stocked at Western State Oil Co.  Last time I purchased $41.06 for a case of 3 gal.
